Product Description

SGF-R tube filling and sealing machine

1)Introduction
This machine is a filling and capping equipment for plastic VTM tube. The plastic tube is placed in the bottle unscrambler, automatically manages the tube, and enters the aliquot plate one by one. The aliquot plate makes an intermittent movement of twenty-four halves, and is first filled by a peristaltic pump at the filling station, and each bottle is filled Once; when the bottle that has been filled with liquid moves to the capping station, the cap is automatically taken out and the cap is put on, and then pre-twisted. When moving to the capping station, the capping head descends to tighten the cap on the bottle. The capped bottle is pushed into and out of the bottle track by the dial, and then falls on the conveyor belt of the labeling machine.
