This machine is a liquid filling and capping equipment for glass bottles or plastic bottles. The filling is done by a plunger pump, and the metering is divided into two levels of adjustment - rough adjustment and fine adjustment; the filling control check valve adopts pneumatic reversing form, and the filling head is anti-drip type to ensure that there is no dripping phenomenon; the bottles are fed by a conveyor belt, and the screw bottles enter the equal distribution plate one by one. On the equal distribution plate, 16 filling heads reciprocate and synchronously fill; twelve heads are capping, and the capping is magnetic rotation torque type. The torque size can be freely adjusted according to the tightness of the cap. The capping adopts a three-claw flexible manipulator to prevent the cap from being damaged and ensure the perfect appearance of the cap; the whole machine adopts PLC control and touch screen operation, and has functions such as no filling without bottles and no cap alarm, making the equipment more perfect.
